Thank you for joining the Mapua & Districts Netball Club.
Our priority is to provide all our players with the opportunity to learn new skills and have fun.
For this to happen, the Club has expectations for all players and their supporters:
PARENTS AGREE THAT:
- in the event of misconduct, eventuating in expulsion from a team, they accept there will be no refund of fees.
- that the clubs team allocations are final. Priority is always given to ensuring we have suitably sized teams (in some cases we may only have enough players for one team).
- photographs may be taken of my child during games/trainings/events by the school officials to be used for promotional purposes e.g. placed on the Club's Facebook page and used on certificates. Please speak to the committee if you are not happy with this.
- Medical Consent: parents understand that is is their responsibility to keep the Club updated with any medical conditions/allergies or medication that may affect their child's health at any time.
- that should they withdraw their child from their team after registering, there may be no refund of fees.
STUDENTS AGREE THAT:
- that they are representing themselves, Mapua & Districts Netball Club and their family. Sportsmanship must be shown at all times, both on and off the field.
- foul or dangerous play, retaliation, swearing or aggressive language, arguing with referees/officials, or reacting to spectators will not be tolerated.
- our Club is committed to every athlete, parent/caregiver, official, manager, and coach working towards our whakataukī of "my strength is not due to me alone, but due to the strength of many" through honour, integrity, fairness and fun.
