ACG Parnell school Athletics days occur over two separate days, one for Primary (Year 1-6) and one for the Middle and Senior Schools (Year 7-13) is a full-school event that is compulsory for all students.
Our top College athletes will have the opportunity to represent us at the Auckland Secondary School Championships in Term 1. Selections will be made from previous years' Athletics Days and/or expression of interest due to the timing of our school athletics day.
Students must meet strict criteria outlined by College Sport Auckland to be able to attend. This can lead to further opportunities at North Island Secondary School Championships and National Secondary School Championships.
Year 7 & 8 students will have the opportunity to compete at Eastern Zones in Term 4. Selections will be made from the school athletics day results, in line with the qualifying criteria supplied by the organisers. This can lead to further opportunities at Auckland Championships.
