5v5 Basketball Managers meeting will be held in person 1 hour before the first game at Court 4 on Monday 7 September.

Canoe Racing’s Team Managers meeting is at 8:30am on Tuesday 8 September, onsite at Pilot Bay, before the day’s racing starts.

Cross Country Managers meeting is in person at 9:00am sharp on Sunday 6 September at Event HQ Pavilion.

Mountain Biking will hold Daily Managers meetings from 8:00am on each day of the Mountain Biking competition (8-10 September).

Please meet next to Event Registration.  There will be signage displayed.

The Swimming Manager's meeting will be in person.  

We will have two meetings.

The first will be Friday 4th September at 7:30pm at the Baywave Pool Complex in the main Grandstand.  Entry will be via the side door facing the main carpark.  

The second will be Saturday 5th September at 11:00am at the Baywave Complex in the Marque by the side entrance door.

Yachting Managers meeting is in person at 4:30pm on Saturday 5th September at the Tauranga Yacht and Power Boat Club in the Clubrooms. 

Listen out for an announcement and keep an eye out for signage.  

3v3 Basketball Managers meeting will be held in person 30 minutes before the first game on Saturday 5th September. All managers are asked to be seated in the stands 30 minutes before for a briefing over the PA system (TBC).
