What is Flippa Ball?

Flippa Ball is a modified version of water polo. Each team must have 6 field players and 1 goalie in the pool at one time. All year 5/6 games are played in the shallow end of the main pool while year 3/4 games are played in the Learners’ Pool. Players are permitted to walk along the bottom if they do not have the ball, but if they are in possession of the ball, the player must swim or pass. Players must pass and receive with one hand only. The game consists of two halves of 10 minutes duration.
