Welcome back to Term 4 of Papakura Social Mixed Basketball! We extend a special welcome to the Foreign Force and Pulman Ballers, who are new to our league, as well as to the Average Ballers, who are returning.

Over the years, our Mixed Basketball League has featured a variety of teams made up of locals from Papakura, as well as players from across South Auckland and the greater Auckland area. The league has attracted a diverse group of participants from various ethnic backgrounds, reflecting the richness of our communities, all united by a shared passion for basketball.
Our league heavily relies on volunteers who generously give their time to ensure that games can be played and that participants can enjoy the wonderful atmosphere created by everyone involved. Many teams bring their extended families, friends, colleagues, and classmates to join in on the fun of the evening's activities.
We want to remind all teams to play with a spirit that positively reflects themselves and the individuals they represent. Please remember that our league is SOCIAL MIXED.
Our Monday Night Mixed League is a welcoming space where people should feel safe, included, and excited to play alongside their teammates. For the safety of all participants, please note that there is no "dunking" allowed during games. Dunking can sometimes result in unsafe landings, and the safety of all participants is our top priority.
