Bluebirds Player Information
Trials
We have 2 trial dates which are usually held in February/early March. Players must attend at least 1 trial to be eligible to play however, our preference is for players to attend both trials.
Our trial dates for 2027 will be posted on our website and social media pages once they have been confirmed.
Training
Bluebirds trainings for all of our teams are held on Thursday nights from 6.30pm-8pm. These are held at Te Atiawa Netball Courts in Paraparaumu Beach. Coaches will advise players if training is cancelled due to weather conditions.
Fees
Player fees for the 2026 netball season are $170.00. Players must pay their subs or have arranged a payment plan with our club treasurer prior to receiving a uniform and taking the court.
Uniform
Each player will be issued a Bluebirds dress and jacket as part of our playing uniform. These must be returned at the end of the season and will be distributed at training prior to the season commencing. Bluebirds players must also wear white socks for games. For the colder Saturdays, Bluebirds players can wear a black thermal top underneath their dress during the games.
