Health Education Delivery Statement

Cashmere High School - Te Iringa o Kahukura has the school vision of “developing both the intellect and the character of our students.” The school values guide everything that we do, and these are citizenship, opportunity, vibrancy and excellence.

We offer Health Education, which gives every student opportunities to develop the values and key competencies of the New Zealand Curriculum. This is guided by the Physical Education and Health Faculty Philosophy in which “the aim is to provide an education programme that will enable students to be self-assured, well-balanced citizens who can flourish and contribute to a changing and challenging world.”
