Prize Giving is the end-of-season celebration for our club and a way to recognise the successes of our players, coaches and volunteers.

Prize giving will be held Sunday 3rd September 2023 at the Cashmere Club (3pm-6pm)

Below is some information relating to previous prizegivings. 

We hope to start the official part at 3.10pm (so all teams seated by then please). There will be some speeches from the committee and then we will award Player of the Year and Most Improved/Coaches Choice for each team. Following that, we will acknowledge our umpires, coaches, managers and volunteers. 

There will be tables set up for the players and coaches from each team to sit at and we will be providing light snacks and soft drinks for the players which will be delivered to their tables. Family members are most welcome to stay, and there will be room in the Sydenham lounge for you. Food and drinks will be available to purchase from the bar.

Once the awards are finished we have a Mr Whippy Van coming with free ice creams for all players - teams will be given vouchers and asked to go up in groups. Ice creams can also be purchased by family members if desired. 

We've also hired a photo booth so be ready to take some cute pics with your team mates!
