Umpires & Whistlers

We are currently seeking umpires & whistlers (junior training umpires) for the season.

Club Umpires
We would love for you to join us as our Club Umpire. Training and support is offered to all Cashmere Netball Club Umpires, and an honorarium is paid at the end of the season. This role would mean that on behalf of the Club, you umpire one game per week which CNC allocates to you. Depending on your experience level, you will be appropriately placed to umpire a suitable grade game with another umpire from another Club.

Whistlers

Whistlers is a great place to start for budding young umpires Year 7 up – no experience is necessary.

This program is run by Christchurch Netball Centre

Whistlers undergo a supportive training program which see them supported with advancing their theory and practical skills through the season. With umpire coaches to support your development.
