What are our core values?
Club coaches are part of a fundamental group of people who manage the club. Led by Marcia, the group is responsible for meeting the delivery of development of members. Player and coach development is a priority with administrators and umpires flowing on from there.
The Club is continually mindful of the time pressures and priorities many players experience with their study, work and other sport commitments. It is for this reason that teams have 10 to 12 players in each to allow for unavailability, injuries and movement/coverage.
These philosophies encompass the attitudes we adopt as values and are known as 'ERCLL':
