Commodores Netball Club

As a Coach, we expect you to:

Show loyalty and full commitment to the Club, it’s policies, philosophies and culture.
Sign a Code of Conduct.
Be consistent in your Coaching and work in the best interests of the Club and players within it.
Conduct a training session at least once a week at Pinehurst School Gym, Albany.
Be an open and clear communicator with your players and value their abilities and limitations.
Respect yourself, your players, the opposition, all other Coaches, Officials and the rules of the game.
Attend all workshops and events that are provided to you, or sourced for you by the Club.
Contribute to the development of an off-season training programme.
Provide player feedback.
Be a positive role model.
