ABOUT US

The club was formed in 1963 as the McGlashen Swim Club. In 1984 after a five year period of intense fundraising and securing a major sponsorship from Enterprise Motor Group, our name was changed to the Enterprise Cars Swim Team and we were able to build our present facility in Riverdale, Gisborne.

Enterprise Cars Swim Team is a unique facility where the financial members own the complex, we are not funded by council or government. The club is run by a volunteer committee which includes parents and other interested people, along with coaches, who work together to achieve our club goal of promoting and fostering swimming success.

Enterprise Cars Swim Team and Martins Swim School are two separate identities, they work in conjunction to provide a positive swimming environment and a strong coaching team for your child to improve their swimming and progress towards competitive events and meets.
