Junior Wellington Open 2024 - brought to you by the Greater Wellington Disc Golf Club.

THE EVENT

EVENT DETAILS

Please meet at the Sound Shell to begin.
All players, please watch out for members of the public playing disc golf on hole 5 or 14 before going across the field - we don't want anyone getting hit!

Timeline

9am - Players Meeting - please be there for this, especially as there may be some last minute updates for the course/event
9.30am - Round start - Tournament Director to provide the draw who is playing in which group.
12.00pm Prizegiving (or once everyone has finished their round!)

ENTRY FEE - $20

- Please note registration is not complete until payment received

- Please Pay entry fee total into the Greater Wellington Disc Golf Club Account:

Kiwi Bank 38-9016-0650973-04.

- Please use 'JWO' and a players first name as your reference. This is fine even if multiple players are being enrolled at once.

Additional Information

The event will proceed rain or shine
Being winter, please bring sturdy (preferably waterproof) shoes/gumboots and a jacket
A small towel for drying the discs is useful (throwing a wet disc isn't much fun)
The Tournament Director will have a disc retriever if any discs get stuck up a tree.

Refunds:

We know situations change and at times people need to withdraw once signed up

Full refund if withdrawal request received by 1st September

50% refund if withdrawal request received by 6th September

No refund post the 7th September (sorry as we need to have planned and obtained all the trophies and prizes by then)
