We begin to organise our teams mid-September.


New to Halswell Softball Club?

If you are moving from another club you are required to transfer from your old club. The process is begun automatically upon registering with Halswell Softball Club. Please ensure all financial obligations have been met and uniform/equipment have been returned to allow your previous club to approve your transfer.  Senior grade players have a fee of $20, payable to the Canterbury Softball Association to complete transfer, the transfer process is not complete until payment has been received.


Registration Process:

  1. Click here to register player online.
  2. If transferring from another club please ensure all financial obligations are met and uniform/eqiupement are returned so transfer can be approved. The request to transfer will be sent automatically via our database to your previous club.
  3. Please make payment of deposit ($50 junior player, $100 senior player) to Halswell Softball Club Incorporated, Westpac, Account: 03-1584-0006733-00, please include name, and grade in particulars. Alternatively contact halswellsoftball@gmail.com to set up an agreed upon a payment plan with the committee
  4. Your coach or manager will be in contact in mid September to arrange training schedules and confirm teams. If you have not heard from anyone by 25 September 2025 please email halswellsoftball@gmail.com so we can follow up.
  5. Uniforms will be distributed prior to the start of the season.
