We begin to organise our teams mid-September.

New to Halswell Softball Club?

If you are moving from another club you are required to transfer from your old club. The process is begun automatically upon registering with Halswell Softball Club. Please ensure all financial obligations have been met and uniform/equipment have been returned to allow your previous club to approve your transfer.  Senior grade players have a fee of $20, payable to the Canterbury Softball Association to complete transfer, the transfer process is not complete until payment has been received.

***** Sibling Discount of $10 for each sibling playing in the 2025/2026 season *****
Full subscription rate for oldest child, each sibling registered will receive a $10 discount on their subscrition rate.

For registrations we ask that a $50 deposit for junior players and $100 deposit for senior players are paid on registration to reserve your place on a team/s.  This deposit will go toward paying the full subscription rate for registered players.  Full payment of subs are due by 31 October 2025. If there are any subs outstanding as of the 31 October 2025, without a payment planned approved by the committee, the player will be unable to take the diamond.
