WELCOME TO
HAWERA BMX CLUB
We are a volunteer-run BMX Club located on High Road Hawera.
Throughout the summer months we meet on a weekly basis to ride and race BMX bikes.
Within the club we have a strong focus on creating a fun and friendly environment for all participants and believe we have one of the most accessible and welcoming sports around.
We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to experience the thrill of riding a bike, regardless of age or ability. Our goal is to provide a safe and welcoming environment for people of all ages to come together and enjoy the sport of BMX Racing.
If you're looking to give BMX a go, all you need is a bike in good working condition, a full-face helmet, long pants, long sleeved top and some gloves.
On club nights we have a range of full-face helmets and bikes for hire for you to try out the sport prior to purchasing your own gear. We offer you your first three club nights for FREE to give it a go!
