TEAM DISPENSATIONS

A team dispensation is a formal request to change the date of a competition game.  Teams will only be given dispensation for two club tournaments as outlined on the SNZ Fixtures List. This excludes SNZ National Tournaments.  To enable a team to receive dispensation, the team in question must enter the tournament. This will not apply to players that have been “picked up”.

A team dispensation will be approved if the team has three or more players away at a national representative tournament OR participating in a SNZ national squad.

PLAYER DISPENSATIONS

A player dispensation request relates to an request for an exemption to the playing rules; for example an overage player playing in an age grade competition.  The request must be lodged with the home Association and the player may not take the field until, or if, approval is given.

No dispensations will be given for players under 14 to play in premier grades.
