Youth Loan Forms

Teams registered in the Under 18 Grade may loan players between teams.  Players may only be lent between clubs within their own Association unless exemption has been granted by the WSA and HVSA Boards.

A player may only be registered as a Senior player with either the Wellington Softball Association or Hutt Valley Softball Association at any one time.

No player may be registered for more than one team except when playing as a loan player in age grades only.

The afternoon team a player is registered for is known as the Parent Club. The age grade club shall be known as the Loan Club.

Where players are in an age grade team, the loan club must complete a player loan form prior to the first game being played or upon registration.
