• create anonymous aggregate statistics for use in promoting river usage, conservation and/or water quality issues

Besides our committe members, we share this identifying information with:

• our cloud service providers in order to process and store the information.

We may share anonymous aggregated statistics with 3rd parties solely for the purpose of promoting river usage, conservation and/or water quality issues. It may be used to strengthen advocacy for river access and recreational flow releases.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. It is accepted that kayaking and outdoor activities are entered into at your own risk and no liability is accepted for any injury or damage to you or your equipment by the club or its members. 

To abide by the Whitewater NZ (formerly NZRCA) Code of Practice.

To consent to trip photographs/video being posted on Facebook, the club website and used in association with other promotional material for the club.
