'Parakai Springs' Junior Touch is for Year 0 to 8 ( mixed teams):

Grades

Year 0,1&2 - Midget mixed

Year 3&4 - Junior mixed

Year 5&6 Intermediate mixed

Year 7&8 Senior mixed

'Physio Flex' Senior Touch is an Open mixed grade played after the juniors on a friday night. 

Teams can have up to 14 players registered, 6 players on the field at one time with a minimum of 3 girls on the field.
