Where it all started for us locals. Get your buddies together for a social run each Friday night and head in to the weekend on a high!

New process- our new regitration process is a payment of $35pp that is payable on registration for your team. Your manager will send you a link to register into your team. ​​​​​​​

Compulsory Managers Meeting- Wednesday 24th October, 5pm.

Venue for this meeting is upstairs at the Helensville Rugby Club. 

*You must have a representative from your team attend this meeting. It is imperative to understanding our module and changes that will be implemented this year. It also a great chance to meet and greet one an another and ask questions.

Season Dates-  27 October 2023- 15 December 2023 --XMAS BREAK-- 26 January 2024- 1 March 2024

Playing Friday nights from 6:00pm- 7:00pm

Field Information

Grade Open Mixed
Ratio3 girls minimum on the field at once. 6 players on the field at once
PointsEveryone scores 1 point

*if both teams agree to having a different ratio due to lack of numbers, the game will proceed with no forfeit of points. But if not agreed upon, the team with the incorrect ratio will win point by default. For example: 7-0 win 

PLAYING FEES

$35pp DUE 20th of October

An email will be sent as a confirmation of registration where managers will be able to add members to their team registration form and information of where to pay fees. 

*If teams are entered without players paying through registration form, the team manager will be invoiced $35per player that is registered in the team. Please register through the correct system. Email us if you have questions around this. 

UNIFORM

Teams must have same coloured shirts with numbers on them. If your team does not have uniform after the second round, a penalty of 1 point per incorrect uniform will be awarded to the opposition team. 

We will have bibs on loan for $5 per night. Please bring the correct cash on the night, if you need bibs. 

DRAWS/ UPDATES 

Once the draw is up on our website, we will send out an email to the manager. Draws and updates will be available to see at any time on the website.
