Weigh-in Courtesy Request

Please be patient when calling one of our weighmasters to arrange a fish weigh-in. Willie, Jo, Chris, Jenny, Mike and Charlie do not reside in Kāwhia, and Peter, Wayne and Doug may occasionally be out of cellphone coverage, as some areas around the harbour and coast have limited or no service.

We really appreciate as much notice as possible when a fish is captured, along with your estimated time of arrival back into Kāwhia. This helps us coordinate a weighmaster and ensure someone is available to meet you.

Our team will always do their best to have someone there to weigh your fish as soon as possible - thank you for your understanding and support.
