How do i choose a reo class?

There are many free reo courses avaliable. There are many things to consider such as:

Will i study part or full time?
Can i afford tertiary fees?
Will i study in small or large groups?
Do i want to be able to converse in reo or do i want a qualification?
Am i a beginner or intermediate learner of reo?
