2020 - The Year of 'NO RUBBISH ON THE MANGAKINO GOLF COURSE'

The Ground Staff have decided to trial a 'no rubbish bin' phase and have REMOVED ALL RUBBISH BINS on the course, which means the principle of

‘What you take in, you take out’ (except maybe the odd lost ball!)

applies. 

Please take all empties and rubbish home with you. It makes life so much easier for David and the team, who give their time to keep the club going.

The Trial will be reviewed after the Summer period and if successful, implemented as a permanent solution.

Mangakino Veterans retain Mowhanga Shield

The last round of the 2019 Veterans Plateau was played at the Mangakino Golf Course on the 22nd of November and the home team showed great form and retained the Shield, which they won in 2018 (Detailed results see RESULTS).

Congratulation to ALL the Veretans who contributed to this great result over the year.
