MANGONUI SENIOR NETBALL - 2024

The 2024 season is fast approaching and there are some changes! Senior Netball is looking to be bigger/better for 2024!

KEY DATES: 

Registration's Open: Monday 12th February

Registrations Close: Friday 19th April 

Grading Tournament: Saturday 27th April 

Start of Competition: Thursday 2nd May

COMPETITION GRADES/STRUCTURE:

We've made some changes to our grades and the formatting of the competition! We have restructured grades to reduce the number of one-sided games and even up the competition. Although we have reduced the number of teams per grade, we have increased the number of grades. 

Grades (max 6 teams per grade):

1. Premier 
2. Prem Reserve 
3. A Grade 
4. B Grade 
5. Collegiate 

Competition Structure: 

Presidents Round:

• Round Robin format

• 5 Games

Championship Round:

• 2 X rounds of games, semis & finals format

• 10 x round games, semis & finals

Total number of games for the year: 17

*Please note dates are subject to change due to factors outside of our control. For example, delays in court upgrades, wheather events etc. Changes will be decided and recorded in MNC committee minutes.
