SOUTH ISLAND PONY CLUB SHOWJUMING CHAMPIONSHIP - SISJ

South Island Pony Club Championship is a chance for your Pony Club to complete against all the South Pony Clubs.

North Canterbury Pony Club will be hosting SISJC 2026 at Eyreton Pony Club.

Dates: Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th of January 2026

As we have been considered late as a host the details are still being confirmed and does mean we have sponsorship/prize vacancies if you want to be involved.

Dates are Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th of January 2026.

The entry fee remains the same as 2025 as follows:$300.00 per team plus ground fees $50.00 per team nomination (non-refundable due once paid).

All nominations and entries will be via www.evoevents.co.nz and will be available by the end of June to enter.

Draft rider system will operate at this event however riders must be available for their own branch first.

SISJ Rules - 2023, Revised July 2022

Remember a full team consists of 6 combinations 2 at each height (1.05cm/95cm/85cm).

Teams of three or less can form a composite team with another branch with approval of their DC and the Guardians or make themselves available as draft riders.

Please note all riders must be on the NZPCA membership database.

                      1.05cm Senior 24 years and under as of the last day of competition

                         95cm Intermediate 17 years and under as of 01 August 2025

                         85cm Junior 14 years and under as of 01 August 2025

Horse and Team accommodation will be available at Eyreton/Rangiora/Kaiapoi/Belfast along with National Equestrian Centre (NEC)

and other private establishments.

The AGM will be held the night prior to the competition starting and any remits need to be in by 17 October 2025.
