Mounted Games is part of the NZ Pony club syllabus.

Zone games is pairs and team (4) event for pony clubs to compete against other Pony Clubs in the MNWC Area.

South Island Championship host mounted games where a team is selected from MNWC and also can ride as a individual.

Interschool also hosts mounted games in Canterbury.

Horse of the Year also host NZ Mounted Games which is also a international riders competing at it.

NZ Pony Club is also part of the International Pony Club Mounted Games Exchange, where UK, USA, Canada, Australia, take part annually.
