Massey Amateur Swimming club has been involved in the community for over 35 years. We are a volunteer community-based swimming club that promotes water safety in the West Auckland area.

We are always looking for newcomers to our club, though numbers are limited per season. Children from the age of 5 to 20 years are welcome. We are not a competitive swim club, but more for water safety and the children improving their times and strokes each time they swim.

Please note that we do not provide individual coaching for children. Group training is provided as part of our Club Night (Wednesday) and is provided by volunteers.

At the end of the season, all eligible children participate in Champs.

Eligibility for Champs is that each child must have swum each stroke at least 4 times during the season.

Massey pool is a 25m, 5 lane pool heated to approximately 32°C and 1.0m-1.4m in depth.

Our pool facilities are located on Massey High School grounds and we do run independently as a community-based swimming club.

The season runs during Term 4 and Term 1 of the school year on Wednesdays

6.30pm - 8.30pm.
