Please note college age athletes can also compete in the Black and Gold and Regional Meets on Saturdays (refer to Senior Track and Field Calendar)

Junior Interclub

These half day competitions for 7–15 yr olds are held around the Wellington region during the athletics season. They offer running, jumping and throwing events and provide an opportunity for the children to compete against others from different clubs.

Points are awarded for placings in events and, at the end of the season, trophies are awarded to those with the most points in each age group. There is also a cup awarded to the club with the most interclub points. Generally there are a couple of sprint events for children under 7.
