SATURDAY COMPETITON

Saturday competition is run during the winter months, and is held every Saturday at the MLT Event Centre, except for Kings Birthday weekend and the middle weekend of the July school holidays.  

The grades range from Premier grades through to Sixth Grade, 9 grades in total for the season.

Saturday competition starts with preseason games, run for 2 weeks, then immediately after, two grading days are held.  Main competition begins immediately after, with semi-finals and finals being run the last two weekends of the season and prize giving.

We have 'Player of the Day', which our sponsors kindly donate prizes each week, and each player is presented with this after their game.

Reminder:

  • Individual Player Registrations on Sporty need to be completed by Thursday

2nd April 2026 (All players playing netball this season).

  • Team Registrations on Sporty need to be completed byThursday 2nd April,

2026. (Clubs enter their teams competing in the main competition, eg, A,

B Blue Red).

Senior teams: $600 per team + court fees - $215 = $815

Secondary School teams: $450 per team + court fees - $110 = $560

Intermediate School teams: $300 per team + court fees - $110 = $410


Notices

The draw is available on our website throughout the season. Also available is the points and results, usually updated on a Monday after the games. Have a look to see where your team sits at the half-way point of the competition.

PLEASE NOTE:

Grades of 8 still have 2 more games to finish their first round, then they will be split into top four bottom four sections with their points carried forward.  They will play a round in these sections (3 games) then semi finals and finals in each section.

Grades of 6 have finished their first round and no changes have been made to any grades so points will carry forward.  These grades will play another round then semi finals and finals.
