Want to know how to score yourself the best seat at a netball game? Become a bench Technical Official aka Benchie!

Technical Officials have the responsibility to ensure games statistics & scoring process are kept up to scratch. They also have the all important job of working with our amazing team of umpires to ensure each & every game runs smoothly. 

The pathway for Technical Officials is awesome - allowing you the best seat in the house at local, national & internaitonal fixtures. 

We currently have three national/international benchies who are elite in the game: Cathy, Piwi & Greg - you may also recognise these names as umpires, club coordinators, players, volunteers, or exec/ committee members. 

If you want to know more about how to get involved in the game as a Technical Official (Benchie) & score yourself the best seats in the house come along to our Benchies Night: Tuesday 1st August 2023, Umpires Room, Taita Netball Courts.
