to be held at 4.00pm on Saturday 20 June 2026 in the Club Lounge,
24 Hood Street, New Brighton, Christchurch
THE BUSINES OF THE MEETING IS
- To confirm the Minutes of the 2025 AGM
- To receive and consider the Reports of the Board
- To receive and consider the Financial Report, Board’s confirmation of accounts and Report of the Reviewer for the year ended 30 April 2025
- To consider, and if thought fit, agree to any Remits/Motions/Resolutions presented
- To elect the Patron for the 2026/2027 season
- To elect the Board for the 2026/2027 season. The following Board positions are up for election:
- President / Chairperson
- Vice President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Board Members (up to 4)
- Open to the floor for any questions and suggestions on how to better facilitate our resources.
