Job advertisement – Operations Manager, West Coast Rangers Football Club

Are you passionate about sport and our community? We are looking for a motivated, focused and proactive Operations Manager. This role will be the operational leader of the club, responsible for day-to-day operations and management of the Club’s finances, administration and facilities. The role reports to the Board and work closely with the DOF and Administration Manager to;

1. Manage the Club operations & administration
2. Manage the Club facilities and equipment
3. Lead Community & stakeholder engagement
4. Deliver successful festivals and tournaments
5. Manage the Club finances
6. Support revenue generation

The role is 32 hours per week, including weekends and evenings. The right person will have 6+ years of experience in management or sport administration. They will be vehement advocates for sport and our community, and a champion of the WCR vision and values.
