Livestream Feature: Melville United vs. Fencibles United

Women’s Premiership | Sunday, 29 March | 1:00 PM | Gower Park

The spotlight falls on Gower Park for a clash between two sides coming off massive opening-round statements.

Melville United enters with high confidence after a gritty 1-0 victory over Western Springs, proving they can beat the top teams in the league. They face a rampant Fencibles United side following a clinical 6-0 demolition of Tauranga Moana.

Leagues at a Glance

• Women’s Premiership: The league is already heating up after a dramatic opening round. Auckland United takes on Western Springs in another key matchup this weekend, while Eastern Suburbs travels to face West Coast Rangers.

• Women’s Championship:  We welcome Uni-Mount Bohemian, who join the league following promotion, while Hibiscus Coast looks to bounce back after dropping down from the Premiership.

• Men’s Championship: Following an action-packed opening weekend, the league welcomes Taupō, who join after taking out the Conference Finals against Northland. Meanwhile, Manurewa AFC begins their journey to climb back up after being dropped down.
   
• Men’s Northern & Southern Conferences: The wait is over for our Conference teams. In the Northern Conference, we welcome Te Atatū AFC who have been promoted in, while Northland FC remains in the division after narrowly missing out in the Conference Finals Play-off.
