Getting to know us

Who we are

Welcome to Ōtāhuhu United AFC — a club built on unity, family, and the belief that football is always better together.

Founded in 1975, and proudly wearing our iconic green and gold, we celebrate 50 years of serving our community from our home base at Tāmaki ki Tai / Seaside Park. For half a century, our club has been a place where players, whānau, and supporters come together to grow, connect, and enjoy the beautiful game.

Our Impact

Ōtāhuhu United AFC is more than a football club — we are a community hub leading some of South Auckland’s most meaningful sporting events and pathways:

  • Moana Cup – Celebrating and uplifting women in football across our Pasifika and South Auckland communities.
  • South Auckland Junior Cluster – Providing grassroots opportunities for tamariki to learn, play, and thrive in a safe and supportive environment.
  • Pasifika Cup U15 Football Nations Tournament – Bringing together young players from Pacific communities for a festival of culture, pride, and high-level football.

Our Commitment

For 50 years, our mission has remained the same:

Playing together. Supporting together. Working together.

Because at Ōtāhuhu United AFC — football is better together.
