Papakura City FC, in partnership with Northern Region Football (NRF), is proud to announce that they are seeking expressions of interest for the 2026 Youth Futsal Championships after a successful debut in 2025.
This prestigious tournament is the pinnacle youth futsal event in Aotearoa, providing the region’s top talent with the chance to test themselves against the best players and teams from across the country. It marks an exciting opportunity to continue the growth of futsal in our region and create an additional pathway for young athletes to reach the highest level.
As this is delivered in partnership with Northern Region Football, the club needs to commit to the programme by Saturday, August 1st, which comes with financial considerations.
Therefore, the club needs to find a suitable number of players who are committed to attending and participating before we commit to going. If you are interested, please fill out the survey by Friday, 31st of July 2026.
Please see below key planning information, once an understanding of the number of players interested in attending is confirmed a more detailed schedule will be put in place.
