CSA Transfer Form. 

If you are wanting to transfer in or out of the PCU Softball Club, you must complete this online through sporty when you register to PCU Softball Club, or vice versa. An automatic message will be sent to either club that a transfer is depnding.

Senior Players must pay a $20.00 Admin Fee direct to CSA. Junior Players is free to transfer between clubs.

To successfully transfer, you must be financial (no outstanding monies to be paid)  and all uniforms/gear has been returned.
