Always Respect all fellow players and officials.

I am responsible for my actions.

Always Present yourself in a professional manner and wear the uniform with pride.

Always Promote and speak positively about softball.

Respect and represent all Sponsors in a professional manner.

Treat all softball equipment and facilities with respect.

Remember to thank those volunteers that help.

Respect your abilities, talents and yourself always.

Play for enjoyment.

Play hard but fair.

Play to the rules of the game.

Be committed to your team. Attend all practices and games.

Never argue with officials. Always control your temper.

Work equally hard for yourself and your team.

Use appropriate and acceptable language.

Thank the opposition and officials at the end of the game.

Appreciate and cooperate with your coach, teammates and officials.

Take responsibility for your performance on and off the diamond.


Code of Conduct – Parents and on-lookers

Respect players and officials always.

Encourage players by using appropriate language.

Never argue with coaches or officials.

Please remember your child/ren are one of many that PCU coach. Respect the coach and manager even if you do not agree. All players are valued by PCU equally.

Make a commitment to providing a quality service to your players.

Treat each player as an individual. Respect the talent, development stage and goalsof each player. Help each player reach their full potential.

Provide a safe and enjoyable environment in which to train and play the game.

Develop team respect for officials, opposition and volunteers.

Insist on fair play and discipline.

Encourage team sportsmanship.

Use appropriate and acceptable language.
