Arena bookings must be made through the PEC arena bookings website
www.calendarwiz.com/pecarena.
Once the membership has been authorised and appropriate membership payment has been officially received, the Webmaster will email you with a login and password for booking on this Arena website. Please note this may take up to 3 days maximum although we endeavour to provide you with a login within 24 hours.
Your booking should include your full name in the description. Remember, you must book the arena in advance to use it, and you can only book the arena for yourself and not for other riders. If you’re riding with a friend, they will need to make their own booking under their allocated login. If your plans change, and you no longer need to use the arena, please make sure you cancel your booking as soon as possible so other riders can use that time.
