These training times are from the start of term until end of term 4. Days and times will change during school holidays.
As a general rule, athletes 10 years and younger should do no more than 3 sessions per week, including Club Night.
For older athletes, one or two days per week should be rest and recovery days. If times are not convenient, please see Club Coach and something can be done.
If athletes do other sports, this needs to be considered when deciding on training loads.
Club Coach is Robyn Wills - Level 2 in Runs, Jumps and Throws. Guest coaches will be available from time to time.
