Welcome to the Taradale Cricket Club

Taradale Cricket Club was established in 1877 which makes it the oldest cricket club in Hawkes Bay and places it amongst some of the oldest clubs in the country.

Our facilities are located at Taradale Park with the carpark and clubhouse easily accessible off Symons Lane (behind the Taradale shopping centre). We have three sets of nets for practice and also enjoy the full use of Taradale Park for games and training.

Taradale Cricket Club enters a number of teams into the HBCA Club Competition each season.

Taradale Cricket Club traditionally enjoys a strong Junior section of various grades/ages. Between 4 to 7 teams are annually entered into the HBCA Superleague as well as being prepared to attend cricket camps during October and the January school holidays. Teams usually begin at Year 4/5 and end with Year 13 age groups. Superstar Cricket is available for 6 to 8 year old boys and girls.

When you become a member of the Taradale Cricket Club you will also become a member of the Taradale Sports Association. This entitles you to full use of our clubrooms.
