SERIOUS INJURY REPORTING 

Injury reports must be filled out by the team manager for any head or other serious injuries through the District Serious Injury Report Form:

PROTESTS

Teams may lodge a protest against opposition players suspected of being ineligible via the following form: https://www.sporty.co.nz/viewform/514816   

Protests must be in writing, include the name(s) of the challenged player(s), the reason for protest and submitted by the team manager via the above form.

Protests must be submitted within one hour of the match’s conclusion, accompanied by a non-refundable $250.00 fee per player (if unsuccessful) 

The competition organizer will notify the accused players district, which has one hour to submit supporting evidence. 

The Disputes Panel will consider all evidence and deliver a decision as soon as possible once they have all the information.
