Staff/Kaiako

We offer a strong learning environment for children in years 1-8. We have five full-time teachers, three teacher aides, and a trained Reading Recovery teacher.

While Waiotahe is not a Kura Kaupapa, Te Reo is introduced to the children and plays a role in unit studies at all levels.

We offer quality programmes in literacy and numeracy.Teachers are trained in assessment across the school curriculum, and in teaching music, art and dance.They know how to help your child learn academically and artistically, and develop socially and personally.
