National Hawks

National Hawks are selected from Senior Hawks based on assessment by the Aquahawks coaches considering criteria of achieved times and perceived self-discipline and commitment to competitive racing swimming.

Entry Criteria​​​​​​​

• Must be considered suitably advanced (as assessed by Aquahawks coaches) in all four strokes and all racing turns.
• Must be able to confidently swim 1500m continuously in legal Freestyle,  confidently swim 200m continuously in legal Backstroke, Breaststroke and Butterfly.

​​​​​​​Competitions

Swimmers must attend Monthly Club Nights, take part in the Annual Club Championships by swimming all races as they qualify for and ideally should take part in other local, regional or national championships.
