Anna's Remarkable Netball Journey

On Saturday 22 February, our team attended the NNZ AGM online. We extend our gratitude to our Mainland Centres who were Centre Delegates and our nominated Zone Delegates. This meant we were strongly represented as a Zone.  Both of the remits were endorsed, if you would like more information around this, feel free to get in contact with us.

It has been a great honour to nominate Anna Glavan for an NNZ Service Award and we were extremely proud to see that NNZ also agreed, this was announced at the AGM

Anna has contributed to Netball NZ's Development Camp and Pathway to Podium programs and held various roles with the Tactix. Her governance roles include positions with the Tactix management, NZ Netball Players Association Board, and governed Christchurch Netball Centre through the Netball Centre build at Ngā Puna Wai.

Anna's strategic vision and leadership contributions have strengthened netball in Mainland and on a national scale.

We are looking forward to celebrating this very special award with Anna soon, where we will be able to present Anna with her pin.

Exciting News: Squad Announcement

We are thrilled to announce the Mainland squad for SHNL following the recent trials. We had an incredible turnout, and the level of talent displayed was truly impressive. Thank you to everyone who participated and gave their best effort.

Congratulations to all the players who have been selected! We are confident that this squad will bring energy, skill, and determination to the court. We look forward to a successful season ahead and can't wait to see our team in action.
