HOW TO REGISTER YOUR TEAM
The registration process is electronic and a two step process. You will need to read the PCT Information booklet - click here - prior to beginning registration. First you will be required to complete this online Team Manager Sign Up form, once submitted you will receive an automated email that provides you a link to enter the players in your team. Please read the instructions carefully on this email to regain access at a later date. All teams can register a maximum of 14 players.
Senior Grades - Open Mixed, Men's, Women's, Social Men's and Social Women's
You will be required to enter the team details (name, grade) along with the contact details for the coach or manager. Once you submit the electronic form you will be sent a link containing a username and password for you to enter the registration details of your team players. Players must be 13 years or older to register in the Open Grade, and teams with players under 18 years will be asked to sign a waiver accepting their responsibility for registering a Junior player.
Junior Grades - Under 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, and 16.
You will be required to enter the team details (name, grade) along with the contact details for the coach or manager. Once you submit the electronic form you will be sent a link containing a username and password for you to enter the registration details of your team players, including correct date of birth.
The cut off age for each age grade is 31 December 2026.
Under 6 – Players need to be 5 and under as at 31 December 2026
Under 8 – Players need to be 7 and under as at 31 December 2026
Under 10 – Players need to be 9 and under as at 31 December 2026
Under 12 – Players need to be 11 and under as at 31 December 2026
Under 14 – Players need to be 13 and under as at 31 December 2026
Under 16 – Players need to be 15 and under as at 31 December 2026
FEES
The fee is $350.00 for Junior Grades and $600.00 for Seniors Grades.
Payment can be made direct into our bank account. Any teams who contact us to register a team late after the 1st October 2026, will incur an automatic late registration fee of $50.00, and at the descretion of the committee whether we accept the registration. (This applies to both Junior and Senior Grades).
All full team payments are to be made to the club bank account POHUTUKAWA COAST TOUCH FOOTBALL CLUB 02-1256-0044431-000 by 31st October 2026. Use your team name and grade as a reference. This account is with the BNZ Bank. Payment can be made via internet banking or at any BNZ branch.
