Annual General Meeting Minutes

The Annual General Meeting [AGM] is where the entire Club membership has the opportunity to hear from the Committee on everything that has happened in the past year, from financial reviews and the President's report, as well as being able to ask questions and vote on items that can only be changed during an AGM as per our Club Constitution.

The Club currently holds the AGM after the end of the Wairarapa League season, around September / October.

As a Club member, you can also ask questions and ask to speak at a regular Committee Meeting.
