Rules & Playing Regulations

Under New Zealand Football, there are a number of entities that govern the game of football within their set region.

Featherston Junior Football Club is under the Wellington & Wairarapa Region, which is managed by Capital Football.

The rules for playing football in the Wellington Region are provided online, and contain differences for each age [grade].  Please find a copy of the 2021* rules on this page for download and review. 

If you have any questions, please get in touch with the club as the Junior Advisory Group [JAG] for the Wellington & Wairarapa Region meets regularly to discuss and review the rules and regulations three times a year.
