AT HOME TRAINING GUIDES

Hello all,

To assist with players when they're not at group training sessions, we have home football training programmes for Junior players.

This is to help keep our players active in a fun and meaningful way.

The HOME Program is designed for the age range of U8 – U12, but if you use your discresion I'm sure there'll be stuff in there to suit your kids if they fall outside of that range.

The STAY HOME, STAY ACTIVE
 Programme is something for your player to use over the course of six weeks.  There are six training packs to go through, and they cover a range of skills for kids of all ages.

These programmes are accessible to all players of all abilities. The programmes are currently designed for four weeks, and six weeks - with an activity for each day. However, they're really flexible and players can take on a “lucky dip” approach if this suits them better.

The programmes are designed to be interactive, and any time that; players, parents or coaches have questions about the material, they can reach out to us.
