Annual General Meeting Minutes
The Annual General Meeting [AGM] is where the entire Club membership has the opportunity to hear from the Committee on everything that has happened in the past year, from financial reviews and the President's report, as well as being able to ask questions and vote on items that can only be changed during an AGM as per our Club Constitution.

The Club is required to hold the AGM within four (4) weeks of the end of our Financial Year, which currenlty runs from 1st February following the end of the season, to 31st January.

Special General Meetions
Special General Meetings can be called by the Committee in cetain circumstances as per the Club's Constitution.
